Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IgG2a, a subtype of immunoglobulin G (IgG), plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the context of murine models where it has been linked to Th1-driven immune responses. The study of IgG2a recombinant proteins has gained prominence in fields such as vaccine development, autoimmune disease research, and therapeutic antibody design. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of IgG2a can enhance the design of more effective vaccines and therapeutic agents that target specific pathogens or disease mechanisms. These recombinant proteins can be engineered to improve their efficacy, stability, and specificity, allowing for more precise targeting of antigens and better modulation of immune responses. Researchers are particularly interested in the unique properties of IgG2a, such as its ability to activate complement pathways and engage Fc receptors on immune cells, which may provide insights into designing next-generation immunotherapies. Additionally, IgG2a has been identified as a biomarker of certain immune responses, making its study relevant for diagnostic applications. The advances in recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems have facilitated the production of high-quality IgG2a proteins, paving the way for comprehensive studies that elucidate their roles in health and disease. Overall, the ongoing research on IgG2a recombinant proteins holds promise for innovations in immunological therapies and enhanced understanding of immune system dynamics.
