Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CGb1, a recombinant protein derived from the subunit of the cGMP-dependent protein kinase, has garnered attention due to its potential roles in various physiological processes and its implications in therapeutic applications. This protein, involved in the regulation of cellular signaling pathways, is crucial for modulating smooth muscle relaxation, neuronal function, and platelet activation. The study of CGb1 is particularly significant in understanding cardiovascular disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and coagulation pathways. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of CGb1 in sufficient quantities for research and development purposes. The functional characterization of CGb1 is essential for elucidating its mechanism of action and interaction with other signaling molecules. Moreover, exploring the therapeutic potential of CGb1, particularly in the context of diseases associated with dysregulated cGMP signaling, may lead to novel treatment strategies. Research into CGb1 not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of cellular signaling but also paves the way for innovative interventions in diverse medical conditions, highlighting its importance within the fields of biochemistry and pharmacology.
