Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBa3C, a member of the tubulin superfamily, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including microtubule dynamics and cellular structure maintenance. The study of TUBa3C recombinant proteins has gained attention due to their potential applications in understanding cytoskeletal functions and their implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Researchers aim to elucidate TUBa3C's structure and function by producing recombinant proteins that can be used in biochemical assays and structural biology studies. Through these approaches, scientists seek to uncover the mechanisms by which TUBa3C influences microtubule behavior and cellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, the development of TUBa3C recombinant proteins may lead to novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating microtubule dynamics for the treatment of diseases characterized by cytoskeletal abnormalities. Overall, the investigation into TUBa3C recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for biomedical advances.
