Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAPK8IP2, also known as MAP kinase-interacting protein 2, is a member of the MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase) signaling pathways, which play critical roles in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This protein serves as a scaffold that facilitates the interactions between MAPK pathways and their downstream targets, thereby modulating cellular responses to extracellular signals. Research has indicated that MAPK8IP2 is involved in several physiological and pathological processes, including inflammation and cancer progression, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of MAPK8IP2 is essential for understanding its functional roles and interactions at the molecular level. By generating and purifying this protein in a laboratory setting, scientists can investigate its structural properties, binding affinities, and effects on downstream signaling pathways. Furthermore, recombinant MAPK8IP2 can be utilized in drug screening assays, providing insights into novel therapeutic strategies for conditions associated with dysregulated MAPK signaling. Consequently, the study of MAPK8IP2 through recombinant technology not only enhances our understanding of MAPK signaling dynamics but also paves the way for potential clinical applications in treating diseases where these pathways are critically involved.
