Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAPK4, part of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including growth, differentiation, and stress responses. Recent studies have identified MAPK4 as an important regulator in several signaling pathways, particularly in relation to inflammation and immune responses. Its overexpression has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant production of MAPK4 provides a unique opportunity to elucidate its structure-function relationships, as well as its interactions with other proteins. By studying the recombinant MAPK4, researchers aim to better understand its molecular mechanisms and contribute to the development of targeted therapies. Additionally, mapping the precise roles of MAPK4 in cell signaling can help identify novel biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis. Thus, the study of recombinant MAPK4 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for innovative medical applications.
