Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAPK15, also known as p38δ, is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Identified as a less-studied isoform among the MAPK family, MAPK15 has emerged as a significant player in stress response pathways, particularly in the context of inflammation and cancer. Research has shown that MAPK15 is activated in response to various stimuli, such as environmental stressors and cytokines, which suggests its potential role in mediating physiological and pathological responses. The reconstitution of MAPK15 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth studies to unravel its specific functions, interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. This protein is particularly relevant in understanding its contributions to cellular signaling pathways and disease mechanisms, making it a valuable target for therapeutic interventions. Ongoing research into MAPK15 not only expands our knowledge of the MAPK signaling network but also holds promise for the development of novel strategies in treating diseases associated with dysregulated MAPK signaling.
