Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
H4C1 recombinant protein studies have garnered significant attention within the field of molecular biology and protein engineering, primarily due to its potential applications in therapeutic and biotechnological innovations. H4C1 is a variant of the histone protein H4, which plays a critical role in the organization of DNA within eukaryotic cells. Understanding its structure and function can provide insights into chromatin dynamics and gene expression regulation. Researchers are particularly interested in the implications of H4C1 in epigenetic modifications and cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The recombination technology allows for the production of H4C1 in various expression systems, facilitating the study of its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, H4C1 is being explored for its potential as a biomarker in cancer and other diseases, given its involvement in chromatin remodeling, which can influence tumorigenesis. The investigation of H4C1 recombinant protein extends to its potential use in developing novel therapeutic strategies, such as targeted gene therapy and epigenetic drugs, aimed at modulating histone acetylation and methylation patterns. Thus, the study of H4C1 recombinant protein not only enhances our comprehension of fundamental biological processes but also opens new avenues for clinical applications in the realm of precision medicine.
