稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTP4A2, also known as protein tyrosine phosphatase 4A2, is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family, which plays a crucial role in cellular signaling processes by dephosphorylating tyrosine residues on target proteins. It has garnered attention in cancer research due to its overexpression in various tumors, suggesting a potential role in tumor progression, metastasis, and the modulation of cell proliferation. Studies have linked PTP4A2 to the regulation of several key pathways, including those involved in cell migration, differentiation, and apoptosis, indicating its involvement in essential biological processes. Moreover, the protein has been identified as a potential biomarker for certain cancers, as its expression levels correlate with disease severity and patient prognosis. Due to its significant role in tumor biology and the associated signaling networks, researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing and understanding the functional mechanisms of PTP4A2. Recombination techniques have been employed to produce active forms of PTP4A2 for in vitro studies, aiming to elucidate its enzymatic activity and interactions with other cellular proteins. These efforts may pave the way for the development of targeted therapies that inhibit PTP4A2 activity, offering new avenues for cancer treatment and intervention strategies. Overall, the study of PTP4A2 as a recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of its biological functions and its implications in cancer biology.
