Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL34, a component of the ribosomal protein family, plays a crucial role in the assembly and function of the ribosome, which is essential for protein synthesis in all living cells. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of RPL34 in various biological processes, including cellular growth, proliferation, and differentiation. Abnormalities in RPL34 expression or function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where dysregulated ribosome biogenesis contributes to tumorigenesis. Consequently, researchers have turned their attention to recombinant RPL34 protein for its potential applications in understanding ribosome assembly, function, and the molecular mechanisms underlying disease. The production of recombinant RPL34 offers a valuable tool for biochemical assays and structural studies, enabling a deeper exploration of its interactions with ribosomal RNA and other ribosomal proteins. Furthermore, by investigating the impact of modified or tagged versions of RPL34, scientists aim to elucidate its specific roles within the ribosome and its potential as a therapeutic target. The increasing interest in ribosomal proteins like RPL34 underscores the importance of comprehensively studying their structure-function relationships and their implications in health and disease.
