Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NHLRC1, or NCL-1, HCP1, and LZC, is a member of the NHL (NCL-1, HT2A, and LIN41) protein family, which plays crucial roles in various cellular processes, including RNA regulation and protein interactions. The functional significance of NHLRC1 has been increasingly recognized in the context of neurological disorders and cancer, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The protein's distinct NHL domain is known to mediate interactions with RNA and other proteins, which are essential for the regulation of gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. Recent studies have implicated NHLRC1 in the modulation of immune responses and cellular stress responses, further highlighting its potential role in the pathogenesis of diseases. Moreover, investigations into the structural features of NHLRC1 and its binding partners are critical for understanding the regulatory mechanisms by which it exerts its effects. To explore these aspects, the development and characterization of NHLRC1 recombinant proteins have become imperative, enabling researchers to dissect its functional roles and investigate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The advancement of recombinant protein technology allows for the production of adequate quantities of NHLRC1 for biochemical assays, structural studies, and functional analyses. Overall, the study of NHLRC1 recombinant protein holds significant promise for elucidating its biological functions and guiding future research in molecular biology and medicine.
