Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NHLRC2, a member of the NCL-1/Hca-1/LIS1 (NHL) family of proteins, has garnered attention for its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This protein contains NHL repeats, which are known to facilitate protein-protein interactions, suggesting that NHLRC2 may serve as a crucial regulatory molecule in signaling pathways. Recent studies have implicated NHLRC2 in several biological functions, such as modulating immune responses and influencing neuronal development. Given its diverse roles, there is growing interest in understanding how NHLRC2 contributes to pathophysiological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Researchers have begun to investigate the functional domains of NHLRC2 and its interactions with other key proteins, aiming to elucidate its mechanism of action within the cell. The recombinant expression of NHLRC2 provides a valuable avenue for characterizing its biophysical properties and understanding its biological functions in greater detail. By harnessing techniques in molecular biology and protein engineering, scientists hope to uncover the therapeutic potential of NHLRC2, paving the way for innovative strategies in disease treatment and intervention. Thus, studying NHLRC2 and its recombinant forms represents a significant step toward unveiling its contributions to health and disease.
