Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IPO11, or Importin 11, is a member of the importin family of proteins known for their role in nucleocytoplasmic transport. Recent research has highlighted its significance in cellular processes such as gene expression regulation and the transport of proteins into the nucleus. IPO11 is particularly intriguing due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer and viral infections. Studies have demonstrated that IPO11 can influence the localization and activity of transcription factors, thereby impacting cellular responses to external stimuli. Additionally, its role in immune responses and cell growth further underscores its biological relevance. The ability to recombinantly express IPO11 allows for detailed structural and functional studies, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the mechanisms by which IPO11 operates can provide insight into the intricacies of nucleocytoplasmic transport and its implications in diseases. This makes IPO11 not only a key player in cellular transport but also a promising target for drug development aimed at modulating its function for therapeutic benefit.
