稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of RYBP (RING1 and YY1 binding protein) recombinant proteins has gained significant traction in recent years due to their critical roles in epigenetic regulation and cellular processes. RYBP is known to interact with Polycomb repressive complexes, influencing gene expression and chromatin structure, thereby playing a vital role in developmental biology and cellular differentiation. The interest in RYBP has been fueled by its implications in various diseases, particularly in cancers where dysregulation of the Polycomb group proteins is often evident. Research on RYBP recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which RYBP modulates target genes and contributes to the maintenance of stem cell pluripotency and lineage commitment. Additionally, the development of recombinant RYBP proteins facilitates the study of protein-protein interactions and enables the exploration of potential therapeutic targets. Understanding the structure-function relationship of RYBP can provide invaluable insights into its role in the epigenetic landscape and offer avenues for innovative treatments in diseases associated with aberrant gene regulation. Overall, the exploration of RYBP recombinant proteins underscores their importance as both basic research tools and potential therapeutic agents, contributing to a deeper understanding of gene regulation and its applications in regenerative medicine and oncology.
