稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DCDC2, or doublecortin domain-containing protein 2, is a crucial gene located on chromosome X, primarily associated with neurodevelopmental processes. Mutations in the DCDC2 gene are linked to various neurological disorders, particularly developmental dyslexia. The protein encoded by DCDC2 is believed to play a significant role in neuronal migration and the organization of the cerebral cortex during brain development. Research has shown that DCDC2 is involved in microtubule stabilization and cellular signaling pathways critical for proper neuronal function. Given its importance in brain structure and function, DCDC2 has become a focal point for studies investigating the genetic underpinnings of cognitive disorders. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology allow for the expression and purification of DCDC2, facilitating in-depth functional analyses of its structure and interaction with other proteins. By studying the properties of the recombinant DCDC2 protein, researchers hope to elucidate its biological role and uncover potential therapeutic targets for neurological conditions associated with its dysfunction. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of DCDC2 may also contribute to the development of biomarkers for early diagnosis and intervention in dyslexia and other neurodevelopmental disorders. As a result, the exploration of DCDC2 as a therapeutic target represents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of brain disorders and improving treatment outcomes.
