Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABLIM1, or Actin-Binding LIM Protein 1, is a member of the LIM protein family, which is characterized by the presence of LIM domains that facilitate protein-protein interactions. It plays an important role in cytoskeletal organization and cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation. Studies have identified ABLIM1 as being involved in various cellular functions by binding to actin filaments, thereby influencing cell motility and shape. The protein has gained attention due to its potential implications in several physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression and developmental disorders. The need for ABLIM1 recombinant protein arises from the interest in fully elucidating its molecular mechanisms and interactions in different biological contexts. Generating and characterizing ABLIM1 in its recombinant form allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, binding affinity with actin, and role in signaling pathways. This research is critical for understanding the impact of ABLIM1 in disease states and could supply valuable insights into novel therapeutic targets for conditions associated with cytoskeletal dysregulation. As a result, recombinant ABLIM1 is not only essential for basic research into its fundamental biology but also holds promise for potential applications in biomedical science.
