稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR10AG1 is a member of the olfactory receptor family, predominantly involved in the detection of various odors, and plays a critical role in the sensory perception of smell. This receptor is encoded by the OR10AG1 gene located on chromosome 11 in humans. Due to the vast diversity of olfactory receptors, understanding the structure and function of OR10AG1 can provide significant insights into the mechanisms of olfactory signaling and its variations among individuals. Research into OR10AG1 and its recombinant protein is particularly relevant in fields such as neurobiology and pharmacology, as it might contribute to the development of novel odorants or therapeutic agents targeting olfactory pathways. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of OR10AG1 proteins for functional studies, allowing researchers to analyze its ligand-binding properties and the molecular basis of olfactory recognition. Moreover, investigating the genetic variations of the OR10AG1 gene across different populations can shed light on the evolutionary aspects of olfactory perception and its implications for human behavior and dietary preferences. Overall, the study of OR10AG1 recombinant protein holds promise for enhancing our understanding of olfactory biology and its broader implications in health and disease.
