稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR6M1, a member of the olfactory receptor family, has been a focus of research due to its intriguing role in the sensory perception of odorants. Unlike most olfactory receptors that are primarily expressed in the nasal epithelium, OR6M1 exhibits varied expression patterns in different tissues, raising questions about its functional significance beyond olfaction. Studies suggest that this receptor may be involved in additional physiological processes, including potential roles in taste sensation and other sensory modalities. Furthermore, the ability to express and purify recombinant OR6M1 protein opens avenues for in-depth structural and functional analyses, allowing researchers to explore its binding affinities with specific ligands and its signaling mechanisms. Understanding the molecular characteristics and pathways associated with OR6M1 could provide insights into its contributions to chemosensory functions and potential implications in health and disease. As interest in the olfactory system grows, OR6M1 stands out as a valuable target for investigations into sensory biology and therapeutic applications, including modulation of sensory pathways and the development of novel odorant-related interventions.
