Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ARAP1 (ArfGAP with a RhoGAP domain, ankyrin repeat, and PH domain 1) recombinant protein is rooted in its significant role in cellular signaling and membrane dynamics. ARAP1 is involved in the regulation of the Arf and Rho family of small GTPases, which are critical for various cellular processes, including endocytosis, cytoskeletal remodeling, and cell migration. Its multifunctional properties, supported by distinct structural domains, position ARAP1 as a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to extracellular stimuli. The exploration of ARAP1 recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its potential implication in various diseases, including cancer, where dysregulation of GTPase signaling pathways is frequently observed. Understanding ARAP1's molecular mechanisms can provide insights into its contribution to tumor progression and metastasis. By expressing ARAP1 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its functional properties, interaction partners, and regulatory mechanisms in vitro, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. Investigations into ARAP1 also extend to its role in immune response and neuronal function, highlighting its versatility and importance in different biological contexts. Thus, the research on ARAP1 recombinant protein represents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of cellular signaling networks and developing targeted therapies for related pathological conditions.
