稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAGE1, or the "P antigen, located on chromosome 6," is a member of the cancer/testis (CT) antigen family, which has attracted considerable attention in cancer research due to its restricted expression pattern. Unlike many other antigens, PAGE1 is primarily expressed in the testis and various tumors, making it a promising candidate for cancer immunotherapy and vaccine development. Its expression is often upregulated in different malignancies, including melanoma and prostate cancer, which suggests a potential role in tumorigenesis. The unique pattern of PAGE1 expression provides a basis for the development of targeted immunotherapeutic strategies, as it may help to selectively activate the immune system against cancer cells while minimizing damage to normal tissues. Research has focused on understanding the mechanisms that regulate PAGE1 expression in tumors, its role in immune evasion, and its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, studies are underway to explore PAGE1-based vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies, aiming to harness the immune response to eliminate cancer cells expressing this antigen. Overall, the investigation of PAGE1 presents an exciting frontier in the quest for effective cancer treatments, offering hope for improved outcomes in patients with malignancies that express this specific tumor-associated antigen.
