Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIB3 (Tribbles homolog 3) is a member of the Tribbles protein family, known for its role in regulating various cellular processes, including metabolism, cell survival, and apoptosis. Research into TRIB3 has gained traction due to its involvement in several pathological conditions, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. The protein acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, facilitating the degradation of specific substrates that are critical for cellular signaling pathways. Notably, TRIB3 modulates the activity of key molecules like Akt and C/EBPβ, linking it to insulin signaling and the inflammatory response. Given its multifaceted roles, the study of recombinant TRIB3 proteins has significant implications for understanding disease mechanisms and developing therapeutic strategies. Recent advancements in recombinant DNA technology allow for the expression and purification of TRIB3, providing valuable tools for in vitro studies that explore its functional properties. Researchers aim to elucidate its structural characteristics and interactions with other proteins, which could help in designing small-molecule inhibitors or modulators that target TRIB3 in disease contexts. Overall, the investigation of TRIB3 as a recombinant protein is crucial for uncovering its biological functions and potential relevance in therapeutic applications.
