Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIAP1, or TGF-beta receptor-interacting protein 1, is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, cell proliferation, and stress response. Research has indicated its significant role in cancer biology, particularly in regulating tumor growth and metastasis. The overexpression of TRIAP1 has been associated with poor prognosis in several types of cancer, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for tumor progression. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of TRIAP1 to investigate its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. By producing TRIAP1 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its structural properties and binding affinities, which may reveal new therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. Understanding the biochemical functions of TRIAP1 can also provide insights into its role in the TGF-beta signaling pathway, which is critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Overall, the study of TRIAP1 and its recombinant protein forms offers promising avenues for advancing cancer research and therapeutic strategies.
