稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Troponin T (TnT) is a key component of the cardiac contractile machinery, playing a crucial role in regulating muscle contraction in striated muscles, particularly in the heart. Its importance as a biomarker for myocardial injury has made it a focal point in clinical diagnostics, where elevated levels of TnT in the blood indicate cardiac damage. The recombinant production of Troponin T has garnered significant interest due to its potential applications in both research and therapeutic avenues. By using recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce TnT in a controlled environment, allowing for the study of its structural and functional characteristics without the variability associated with natural protein sources. This enables a deeper understanding of its role in cardiomyocyte function and the pathology of heart diseases. Furthermore, recombinant TnT provides valuable tools for the development of novel diagnostic assays and therapeutic strategies aimed at heart failure and other cardiac conditions. As researchers continue to explore the intricate mechanisms underlying cardiac function and injury, recombinant Troponin T stands out as a pivotal subject of study, potentially leading to advancements in patient care and treatment outcomes in cardiovascular medicine.
