Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Ext (Extracellular matrix protein) recombinant proteins are of significant interest in various fields, including tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and cancer research. The extracellular matrix plays a crucial role in maintaining tissue structure, facilitating cell communication, and regulating cellular functions. In pathological conditions, such as cancer, the remodeling of the extracellular matrix can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Researchers have been focusing on the production of recombinant Ext proteins to investigate their roles in cellular behavior and their potential therapeutic applications. These recombinant proteins allow for precise manipulation of the extracellular environment, aiding in the study of cell- ECM interactions and their implications in health and disease. Furthermore, they can be utilized in developing biomaterials that mimic the natural extracellular matrix, enhancing the effectiveness of tissue regeneration strategies. By understanding the functional properties of these proteins, scientists aim to leverage their ability to influence cellular responses and improve treatment outcomes in various medical conditions. Thus, the study of Ext recombinant proteins is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of biology and developing innovative therapeutic solutions.
