Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Semaphorin 3C (SEMA3C) is a member of the semaphorin family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including neural development, axon guidance, immune regulation, and angiogenesis. Research has increasingly focused on the functions of SEMA3C in both normal physiology and pathological conditions, as it has been implicated in cancer progression and metastasis. SEMA3C exerts its effects primarily through the binding to neuropilin-1 and plexin-A receptors, triggering signaling pathways that influence cell behavior. The study of SEMA3C recombinant proteins offers valuable insights into their structure-function relationship and potential therapeutic applications. Producing and characterizing recombinant SEMA3C allows researchers to elucidate its biological roles and mechanisms of action, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies for diseases where SEMA3C is dysregulated. Additionally, understanding the interaction of SEMA3C with its receptors can provide a deeper insight into how this semaphorin influences the tumor microenvironment and immune responses. Overall, SEMA3C represents a promising target for biomedical research, with the potential to contribute to the advancement of cancer therapies and treatment of other conditions linked to its signaling pathways.
