Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BTN1A1, or Butyrophilin-1A1, is a member of the butyrophilin family, which plays a critical role in immune responses and cellular signaling. It is predominantly expressed in mammary gland tissue and has been implicated in various physiological processes, including lipid metabolism and immune regulation. Research has demonstrated that BTN1A1 is involved in the differentiation of immune cells, particularly in the context of T cell activation and regulation. Dysregulation of BTN1A1 has been associated with certain diseases, such as cancer and autoimmune disorders, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. The generation of recombinant BTN1A1 protein facilitates in-depth studies of its structure, function, and interactions, enabling researchers to explore its potential role in disease mechanisms and therapeutic applications. The increased availability of BTN1A1 through recombinant technology allows for the development of specific antibodies and assays, advancing our understanding of its biological significance and paving the way for innovative treatment strategies based on modulating its activity. Furthermore, BTN1A1's involvement in cellular processes underscores its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and drug response, highlighting the importance of ongoing research in this area.
