稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CPM (Cartilage Progenitor Marker) recombinant proteins have garnered significant interest in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, particularly in cartilage repair and regeneration. As a key player in the development and maintenance of cartilage, CPM is predominantly expressed in chondrocytes and cartilage progenitor cells. The research surrounding CPM involves understanding its role in cell signaling, differentiation, and the overall regenerative processes in cartilage tissue. Given the high prevalence of cartilage-related disorders, such as osteoarthritis and cartilage injuries, the potential therapeutic applications of CPM recombinant proteins are vast. Researchers are focusing on the production and characterization of these proteins to explore their utility in enhancing the proliferation and differentiation of stem cells into chondrocytes, thus potentially improving the effectiveness of cell-based therapies. Additionally, the study of CPM recombinant proteins aims to investigate their interactions with other signaling pathways that regulate cartilage homeostasis, which could lead to novel approaches in treating degenerative diseases. Furthermore, the biotechnological advancements allowing for the efficient production of recombinant proteins have opened new avenues for exploring CPM's functionality and therapeutic potential, making it a significant area of exploration for future clinical applications.
