Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf35, located on chromosome 17, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. Initially identified through genomics studies, this gene encodes a protein that is hypothesized to play a role in cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has indicated that C17orf35 may be involved in certain pathological conditions, including cancer, where its expression levels appear to correlate with tumorigenesis and patient prognosis. Furthermore, studies have suggested that variations in the C17orf35 gene could be linked to specific genetic disorders, prompting further investigation into its functional mechanisms. The production of recombinant C17orf35 protein offers a unique opportunity to explore its structure and function in detail, enabling researchers to dissect its biological roles and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding C17orf35 at the molecular level could provide insights into its contributions to disease processes, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Given the current advancements in protein engineering and expression systems, the study of C17orf35 in recombinant form has the potential to unlock crucial information about its biological significance and pave the way for innovative approaches in addressing diseases associated with this gene.
