Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Aars1, or aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase 1, is a critical enzyme responsible for the accurate charging of transfer RNA (tRNA) with their corresponding amino acids, a foundational step in protein synthesis. The study of Aars1 recombinant protein has gained significant importance due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. Aberrations in aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases, including Aars1, have been linked to genetic disorders, cancer, and other pathological conditions. Understanding the structure and function of Aars1 can provide insights into its enzymatic mechanisms and regulatory roles in translation fidelity. Moreover, recombinant Aars1 can serve as a valuable tool for studying tRNA biology and protein synthesis in vitro, as well as for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting malfunctions associated with tRNA synthetases. The production of Aars1 in a recombinant system allows for detailed biochemical characterization, offering further opportunities to investigate its interactions with various substrates and inhibitors. Research in this domain may also uncover novel aspects of translational control and microbial resistance, driving advancements in biotechnology and medicinal research. Additionally, due to its fundamental role in cellular metabolism, Aars1 presents as a potential target for drug development, particularly in tackling diseases characterized by dysregulated protein synthesis. Thus, the exploration of Aars1 recombinant protein not only deepens our understanding of fundamental cellular processes but also opens new avenues for therapeutic innovation.
