稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CHS1, or Chitin Synthase 1, is an important enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of chitin, a key structural component found in the cell walls of fungi and the exoskeletons of insects and crustaceans. The enzyme is encoded by the CHS1 gene, which plays a critical role in various biological processes, including cell division, differentiation, and growth. Research on CHS1 recombinant protein has gained traction due to its potential applications in biotechnology and agriculture. Understanding the structure and functional properties of CHS1 can offer insights into fungal biology, which is crucial for developing antifungal strategies and controlling fungal pathogens that affect crops. Furthermore, CHS1 may serve as a target for the design of new pesticides, providing an alternative to traditional chemical treatments, thereby promoting more sustainable agricultural practices. Additionally, the recombinant production of CHS1 enables researchers to study its enzymatic activity in vitro, facilitating the exploration of its role in chitin metabolism and its interaction with other cellular components. This research not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of chitin biosynthesis but also opens avenues for biotechnological innovations, including the development of novel materials derived from chitin and its derivatives. Overall, the study of CHS1 recombinant protein is a promising field that bridges microbiology, molecular biology, and applied sciences, with significant implications for agriculture and industry.
