  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CCNL1, or cyclin L1, is a member of the cyclin family, playing a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and RNA processing. Research into CCNL1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases, particularly in cancer. The protein is involved in the regulation of splicing and transcription, which are critical for maintaining normal cellular functions. Aberrant expression or mutation of CCNL1 has been linked to tumorigenesis, making it a subject of interest for cancer research. Additionally, understanding the mechanisms by which CCNL1 influences gene expression can provide insights into developmental biology and various pathophysiological conditions. The production of recombinant CCNL1 protein is vital for elucidating its structure-function relationships and determining its role in cellular pathways. Studies utilizing this recombinant protein can further explore its interactions with other biomolecules and its impact on oncogenic processes. Ultimately, insights gained from CCNL1 research may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting cancer and other diseases associated with dysregulation of this important protein.
