稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC2, also known as cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1), is a critical regulator of the cell cycle in eukaryotic cells. Its activity is essential for the progression of cells from the G2 phase to mitosis. The CDC2 protein forms complexes with cyclins, with cyclin B being its primary partner during mitosis, facilitating the phosphorylation of various target proteins to initiate cell division. Research on CDC2 has gained prominence due to its pivotal role in cancer biology, where dysregulation of the cell cycle often leads to uncontrolled proliferation. Understanding the structure and function of CDC2, particularly through the study of recombinant proteins, allows scientists to elucidate its mechanisms of action and regulation. By producing CDC2 as a recombinant protein, researchers can investigate its interactions with cyclins and inhibitors, such as p21 and p27, providing insights into cell cycle control and potential therapeutic targets. Furthermore, abnormalities in CDC2 activity have been implicated in various diseases, making it a significant focus in drug development. Overall, the study of CDC2 and its recombinant protein forms offers vital information that can advance our understanding of cell cycle regulation and its implications in cancer treatment and other proliferative disorders.
