稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COMP (Cartilage Oligomeric Matrix Protein) is a crucial extracellular matrix protein that plays a significant role in cartilage development and maintenance. It is predominantly found in cartilaginous tissues and serves as a structural component, influencing the organization and stability of the extracellular matrix. Research into COMP has gained momentum due to its implications in various diseases, particularly osteoarthritis, where the degradation of cartilage leads to joint pain and dysfunction. COMP has been identified as a potential biomarker for cartilage breakdown and repair, making it a focal point for therapeutic strategies aimed at treating cartilage-related disorders. Moreover, studies have explored the recombinant expression of COMP in various systems, facilitating the production of this protein for further functional analysis and potential clinical applications. Understanding COMP's structure, function, and interaction with other matrix components is vital for developing innovative approaches to enhance cartilage regeneration and ameliorate the effects of degenerative joint diseases, marking it as a promising target in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
