Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDH11, or Cadherin 11, is a member of the cadherin superfamily, which plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, tissue formation, and maintenance in various biological processes. It is particularly significant in the development of the skeletal system and has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and fibrotic diseases. Research into recombinant CDH11 proteins seeks to elucidate their structure-function relationship, providing insights into how these proteins mediate cell-cell adhesion and signaling pathways. Additionally, recombinant forms of CDH11 offer valuable tools for studying its molecular mechanisms and developing potential therapeutic strategies. The availability of CDH11 recombinant proteins can enhance our understanding of bone biology and disease mechanisms linked to aberrant cadherin function, thereby paving the way for innovative approaches to treat related disorders. As such, studies involving CDH11 recombinant proteins are pivotal in advancing both basic and applied biomedical research, ultimately contributing to the development of targeted therapies for conditions associated with cadherin dysregulation.
