Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL1RAPL2 (Interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein-like 2) is a gene that encodes a member of the interleukin-1 receptor family, which is involved in various immune responses and neural development. This protein is particularly significant in the context of intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders, as mutations and disruptions in the IL1RAPL2 gene have been linked to these conditions. Research indicates that IL1RAPL2 may play a critical role in synaptic function and neuronal signaling, making it a potential target for studies aimed at understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders. The generation of recombinant IL1RAPL2 protein provides an invaluable tool for investigating its functional properties, interaction with other proteins, and role in signaling pathways. By utilizing recombinant protein techniques, researchers can study the structure-function relationships of IL1RAPL2, assess its effects in cellular models, and explore potential therapeutic interventions. Understanding the biological implications of IL1RAPL2 through recombinant protein studies may offer new insights into the etiology of related neurodevelopmental disorders and pave the way for novel treatment strategies. This growing body of research highlights the importance of IL1RAPL2 in both basic neuroscience and clinical contexts, underscoring its relevance in the pursuit of effective therapies for autism and intellectual disabilities.
