  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Research on RSC1A1 (Regulator of Chromatin Condensation 1A1) recombinant protein has garnered significant attention due to its role in chromatin dynamics and gene regulation. RSC1A1 is implicated in various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation, DNA repair, and cell cycle progression. Its ability to interact with chromatin remodeling complexes positions it as a pivotal player in maintaining chromosomal integrity and facilitating the expression of genes necessary for development and cellular response to environmental stimuli. Alterations in RSC1A1 expression have been associated with several diseases, including cancer, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The generation of RSC1A1 recombinant protein allows researchers to study its biochemical properties and functional dynamics in controlled settings. By utilizing techniques such as affinity purification and structural analysis, scientists aim to elucidate the mechanisms by which RSC1A1 influences chromatin structure and function. Furthermore, understanding RSC1A1’s interactions with other nuclear proteins and its regulatory pathways may inform the development of novel strategies to modulate gene expression in disease contexts. Overall, the investigation of RSC1A1 recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our understanding of chromatin biology and uncovering new avenues for therapeutic intervention in chromatin-related pathologies.
