Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDH6, or Cadherin 6, is a member of the cadherin family of proteins, which are crucial for cell adhesion and various developmental processes. Cadherins play vital roles in maintaining tissue integrity and facilitating intercellular communication. CDH6, specifically, is predominantly expressed in the developing neural tissues and has been implicated in processes such as neuronal development and the organization of the nervous system. In recent years, research has increasingly focused on the role of CDH6 in various pathologies, including tumors and neurodevelopmental disorders, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant protein of CDH6 can be produced for various applications, including studying its structural properties, understanding its interactions with other proteins, and evaluating its potential role in disease mechanisms. Additionally, the insights gained from CDH6 recombinant protein studies can help in drug development, as targeting specific cadherin interactions may offer novel strategies for treating conditions where cell adhesion mechanisms are disrupted. Overall, the characterization and study of CDH6 recombinant protein hold significant promise for advancing our knowledge of cellular adhesion processes and their implications in health and disease.
