稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KDM3B (Lysine Demethylase 3B) is a member of the Jumonji C (JmjC) domain-containing family of enzymes, involved in the demethylation of lysine residues on histone tails, thus playing a critical role in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin dynamics. Dysregulation of KDM3B has been implicated in various cancers and developmental disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic research. Its enzymatic activity specifically demethylates tri- and di-methylated lysine 9 of histone H3 (H3K9me3/2), which is associated with transcriptional activation of specific genes. Recent studies have shown that KDM3B interacts with several transcription factors and co-regulators, further highlighting its role as a key player in gene expression modulation. The recombinant protein of KDM3B is essential for investigating its biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and interaction with other molecular partners. Understanding the structure-function relationship of KDM3B through recombinant protein studies can unveil insights into its mechanism of action and potential as a drug target. Moreover, KDM3B's involvement in epigenetic regulation suggests that it may be part of broader cellular signaling networks, influencing processes like differentiation and response to external stimuli. As such, research into the recombinant KDM3B protein not only provides fundamental knowledge about epigenetic regulation but also paves the way for novel therapeutic strategies in diseases driven by epigenetic alterations. Overall, the exploration of KDM3B as a recombinant protein is an important step towards deciphering its complex role in cellular biology and its potential implications for human health.
