Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSNK1G3, or Casein Kinase 1 Gamma 3, is a member of the casein kinase 1 (CK1) family, which plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, circadian rhythms, and the regulation of protein stability. Abnormalities in CK1 activity have been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The CSNK1G3 protein specifically is involved in the modulation of various signaling pathways, such as the Wnt and Hedgehog pathways, which are crucial for cellular growth and differentiation. Recent studies have focused on the functional characterization and potential therapeutic applications of CSNK1G3, as understanding its structure and activity could unveil new targets for drug development. The recombinant expression of CSNK1G3 allows researchers to produce this protein in a controlled environment, facilitating detailed biochemical and structural analyses. This research aims to unravel the enzyme's mechanistic roles and its interactions with other cellular components, providing insights that could lead to innovative treatment strategies for diseases associated with CK1 dysregulation. As the exploration of CSNK1G3 continues, it holds promise for enhancing our understanding of its biological functions and therapeutic potential in the context of human health.
