Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOSL1, a member of the Fos family of oncogenes, plays a critical role in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. As a transcription factor, FOSL1 is involved in regulating gene expression in response to various extracellular signals, including growth factors and stress stimuli. Research has highlighted its significance in several pathophysiological conditions, particularly in cancer. Elevated levels of FOSL1 have been associated with increased tumor aggressiveness and poor patient prognosis in various malignancies, including breast and colorectal cancers. The study of FOSL1 recombinant proteins is essential for deciphering the molecular mechanisms underlying its function and interactions within signaling pathways. By producing and characterizing FOSL1 protein in recombinant systems, scientists can investigate its post-translational modifications, binding partners, and specific roles in gene regulation. These analyses can provide insights into how aberrant FOSL1 activity contributes to tumorigenesis and may identify potential therapeutic targets. Thus, the exploration of FOSL1 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of cancer biology but also paves the way for novel biomolecular strategies to combat FOSL1-driven malignancies.
