稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MLXIP (MLX Interacting Protein) is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including metabolism, cell growth, and apoptosis. Research indicates that MLXIP is instrumental in the regulation of glucose homeostasis and lipid metabolism, making it a significant focus in studies related to obesity and diabetes. The protein interacts with various partners to modulate gene expression, thereby influencing energy balance and cellular responses to nutrient availability. Given the rising prevalence of metabolic disorders globally, understanding the function and mechanism of MLXIP through recombinant protein studies has become increasingly relevant. By producing MLXIP in recombinant form, researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationship, identify potential regulatory pathways, and explore its interactions with other metabolic proteins. This research not only contributes to a fundamental understanding of metabolic regulation but also has potential implications for therapeutic strategies targeting metabolic diseases. Overall, MLXIP represents a promising avenue for investigating the intricate network of metabolic control and its dysregulation in pathological conditions.
