Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRAF6 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor-Associated Factor 6) is a critical adaptor protein involved in various signaling pathways that regulate immune responses, inflammation, and cellular survival. As a member of the TRAF protein family, TRAF6 plays a pivotal role in mediating signals from several transmembrane receptors, including those from the interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R) and Toll-like receptors (TLRs). Dysregulation of TRAF6 signaling has been implicated in a range of diseases, including autoimmune disorders, cancer, and infectious diseases. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of TRAF6, particularly its ability to form oligomers and activate downstream signaling cascades through ubiquitination processes. The research on TRAF6 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its signaling mechanisms, identify potential therapeutic targets, and explore its role as a biomarker in disease contexts. By generating recombinant TRAF6 proteins, researchers can conduct functional assays to investigate TRAF6's interactions with various binding partners, assess its signaling capabilities, and evaluate the consequences of specific mutations or modifications. Understanding the nuances of TRAF6 function at a molecular level could pave the way for innovative strategies in treating TRAF6-related diseases, highlighting the importance of this research in translational medicine.
