Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YY1AP1 (YY1 Associated Protein 1) is a protein implicated in crucial cellular processes, including gene regulation, chromatin remodeling, and cell differentiation. As a cofactor of the transcription factor YY1, YY1AP1 plays a significant role in mediating gene expression by facilitating the binding of YY1 to DNA. Dysregulation of YY1 and its associated proteins has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, where aberrant gene expression patterns contribute to tumor progression. Research into YY1AP1 has gained attention for its potential therapeutic implications, particularly in understanding the molecular mechanisms of such diseases. Studies have explored its interactions with other protein partners and its influence on specific signaling pathways, revealing insights into how YY1AP1 functions within the larger context of cellular networks. The recombinant production of YY1AP1 offers a valuable approach to investigate its biochemical properties and functional roles in vitro, providing a platform for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting its pathway. This research is vital as it may unlock new avenues for drug discovery and personalized medicine in conditions where YY1AP1 is implicated, thus highlighting the importance of this protein in both basic biology and clinical applications.
