Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNKS (Tankyrase) proteins are a family of poly(ADP-ribosyl) polymerases that play a crucial role in various cellular processes, including telomere maintenance, Wnt signaling, and regulating the stability of certain proteins through post-translational modifications. Historically, their dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, making them a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers have increasingly focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms by which TNKS proteins influence cell proliferation and survival, particularly in tumor cells. The structural features of TNKS proteins, such as their unique ankyrin repeat domains, enable specific interactions with various substrates, providing a rich avenue for designing selective inhibitors. Additionally, the potential of TNKS inhibitors has garnered attention due to their ability to disrupt oncogenic signaling pathways and enhance the effectiveness of existing cancer therapies. As a result, the study of TNKS reconstituted proteins has become a vital area of research, with the aim of unveiling their biological functions and therapeutic potentials, ultimately contributing to the development of novel cancer treatment strategies.
