Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TOX3 (T cell leuceimia homeobox 3) is a member of the homeobox gene family and has recently garnered attention due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases, particularly in cancer. It has been implicated in breast cancer susceptibility, with several studies highlighting its overexpression in tumors and its involvement in the regulation of key signaling pathways. Researchers are keenly investigating TOX3’s function in cell differentiation, survival, and proliferation, as it may interact with other oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes. The recombinant protein form of TOX3 is crucial for elucidating its structural characteristics and biological functions. By producing TOX3 as a recombinant protein, scientists can conduct detailed studies on its interaction with DNA, other proteins, and its role in transcriptional regulation. Understanding these mechanisms is vital for uncovering how TOX3 contributes to tumorigenesis, which could lead to novel therapeutic targets or strategies in cancer treatment. Additionally, the study of TOX3 recombinant protein may enhance our understanding of its physiological roles in T cell development and immune response, further emphasizing its relevance in both oncology and immunology research. The ongoing investigations into TOX3’s dynamics and pharmacological potential underline a growing enthusiasm for exploring its significance in health and disease.
