稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GBX2, or Gastrulation Brain Homeobox 2, is a transcription factor that plays a pivotal role in early embryonic development and neural patterning. It belongs to the homeobox gene family, which is characterized by a conserved DNA-binding domain. Research has shown that GBX2 is crucial for the proper development of the brain and other neural structures, influencing processes such as cell fate determination and differentiation. Aberrant expression of GBX2 has been implicated in various developmental disorders and malignancies, making it an important target for understanding developmental biology and potential therapeutic interventions. As a reconfigurable protein, GBX2 can be utilized in the study of gene regulation and protein interactions in cellular contexts. The recombinant expression of GBX2 allows for detailed studies of its functional roles in vitro and in vivo, offering insights into its mechanisms of action and its relationship with other signaling pathways. This research not only enhances our understanding of neurodevelopmental processes but also paves the way for novel strategies in regenerative medicine and targeted therapy for brain-related diseases.
