Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IPO7 (Importin 7) is a member of the importin family of nuclear transport receptors, playing a crucial role in the nucleocytoplasmic transport of proteins and ribonucleoprotein particles. Its primary function involves mediating the import of various cargo proteins into the nucleus, interacting with nuclear localization signals (NLS) found on those substrates. The importance of IPO7 in cellular processes, particularly in gene expression regulation and response to cellular stress, has drawn significant attention in the scientific community. Recent studies suggest that IPO7 may be involved in multiple disease processes, including cancer and viral infections, due to its role in modulating the localization and activity of crucial regulatory proteins. This has spurred research into the characterization and functional dissection of IPO7, promoting the development of IPO7 recombinant proteins for therapeutic and research applications. By understanding IPO7's mechanism of action and its interactions with different cargo proteins, researchers aim to uncover its potential as a target for drug development and as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis. In this context, the focus on IPO7 recombinant proteins enhances our ability to study its function in vitro and in vivo, paving the way for novel therapeutic interventions.
