稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Lymphocyte antigen 86 (LY86), also known as MD-1, is a protein that plays a vital role in the immune response, particularly in the activation and regulation of B cells and dendritic cells. Research on LY86/MD-1 has gained prominence due to its involvement in various immune-mediated diseases and its potential as a therapeutic target. LY86 interacts with other surface receptors and modulates signaling pathways crucial for immune cell activation, making it integral to understanding both innate and adaptive immunity. Moreover, its association with particular autoimmune disorders and its influence on antigen presentation have spurred studies aimed at elucidating its function in tolerance and autoimmunity. The recombinant production of LY86/MD-1 has enabled researchers to investigate its biochemical properties and functional dynamics, facilitating the development of assays to screen for potential therapeutic agents. Investigating LY86/MD-1 at the molecular level also provides insights into its role in infectious disease responses and vaccine development. Consequently, the study of LY86/MD-1 not only contributes to fundamental immunology but also opens avenues for innovative interventions against immune-related diseases.
