Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Protein Description
ATP1B4, a member of the Na+/K+ ATPase family, plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular ion homeostasis and regulating various physiological processes, including neurodevelopment and muscle contraction. The gene encoding ATP1B4 is predominantly expressed in specific tissues, indicating its potential significance in specialized functions. Recent studies have suggested that alterations in ATP1B4 expression and function may be linked to various diseases, including neurological disorders and certain cancers. Consequently, the recombinant expression of ATP1B4 provides an opportunity to elucidate its functional mechanisms and potential therapeutic implications. Researchers have focused on producing ATP1B4 protein in heterologous systems, allowing for detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization. Such studies not only enhance our understanding of ATP1B4's role in cellular physiology but also pave the way for exploring its applicability in drug discovery and development. By investigating the structural and functional properties of this protein, scientists aim to identify novel targets for therapeutic intervention and better comprehend the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying associated diseases. Therefore, the research on ATP1B4 recombinant protein is a promising avenue that combines molecular biology, biochemistry, and medical research, ultimately contributing to advances in health and disease treatment.
