Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOSL2, a member of the FOS family of proteins, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, making it a significant focus in cancer research. Its expression is often upregulated in several types of tumors, suggesting that FOSL2 may serve as a potential biomarker for tumor progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. Researchers have increasingly recognized the importance of studying FOSL2 to understand its mechanisms of action in oncogenesis, particularly in relation to its interaction with other signaling pathways such as the MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways. The development of recombinant FOSL2 proteins has enabled scientists to investigate its structure-function relationships and elucidate its role in transcriptional regulation and protein-protein interactions. By producing and characterizing these recombinant proteins, researchers can perform further analyses, such as binding assays and functional assays, thereby providing insights into the biological activities of FOSL2. This knowledge could ultimately contribute to developing novel cancer therapies aimed at targeting the specific pathways regulated by FOSL2, highlighting the importance of ongoing studies focused on this protein within the context of cancer biology.
