简介
The ACKR2 protein is an atypical chemokine receptor that controls chemokine levels and localization through high-affinity binding. ACKR2 (also known as interceptor or decoy receptor) operates independently, interacts with multiple chemokines, and triggers β-arrestin 1-dependent signaling pathways. ACKR2 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant human-derived ACKR2 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-10*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCR10, or C-C chemokine receptor type 10, is a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a pivotal role in immune responses, particularly in the trafficking of lymphocytes and the regulation of inflammation. It is predominantly expressed in mucosal tissues and is involved in the migration of T cells to sites of inflammation and infection. Research on CCR10 is crucial for understanding various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, allergies, and cancer, as its activation and signaling pathways can significantly influence tissue-specific immune responses. The recombinant protein of CCR10 has garnered attention for its potential applications in both basic research and therapeutic development. By studying the characteristics and functions of CCR10 through its recombinant protein form, researchers aim to elucidate its role in immune cell migration and to explore its viability as a target for novel immunotherapies. The development of CCR10 recombinant proteins allows for advanced studies involving receptor-ligand interactions, signaling mechanisms, and the development of CCR10 antagonists or agonists, thereby contributing to our understanding of immune system regulation and opening avenues for innovative treatments for diseases associated with dysregulated CCR10 activity. Overall, the exploration of CCR10 through recombinant protein research holds promise for advancing therapeutic strategies in immunology and related fields.
